All these endeavors are undergirded in prayer, boldly speaking the gospel, and waiting on the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct us.  The point of Giving Basics is to help people with basic needs in order to show the love of Christ and be able to invite them to know Him more deeply, by way of speaking plainly to them about the gospel.
